I have seen values from 84 to 102 ft lbs but the sources weren't specific for a rim size or HEV/PHEV.If you torque them to 79 ft-lbs you're good. If you torque them to 94 ft-lbs you're good...if you torque them anywhere between 79 ft-lbs and 94 ft-lbs you're good... The key is to: 1. Torque them to spec (79-94 ft-lbs) 2.
