Installed a new Gemini box yesterday. The remote will control volume and mute but will not turn on/off tv. It is a Vizio tv. Older but the old genie remote worked fine. Spoke with support. After 30m- they are sending me a new remote. We all know that's a waste of time and the new remote will also Not Work.
