In mid game, R would be on like 40s cooldown on bruiser while on assasin would be at around 60. U just have so much more options to go in with bruiser build. Goredrinker black cleaver kha is good for team fighting tanks/bruisers, eclipse black cleaver/seryldas is good for dueling them, and w max + evolve with utility build (chainsword, serpents, cdr) has incredibly strong anticarry potential if you can’t just outright assassinate who you’re supposed to cause enchanters etc. also idk why ...

Q is still on a low cd, and you naturally get AH anyway, and Q only gets bonus dmg in iso, evolved or not, and regardless if youre bruiser or assassin kha, 1v1 vs equally fed or stronger bruiser is still focused on your ability to kite/chase him, which makes W evo superior.
